When WSFW is activatet i have no Dialog by Barters in Diamond City (With all other mods deactivatet it's the same). Normaly this green square comes that you activate with E to open the dialog when you stand in front of the dealer, but now there is nothing. When i deaktivate WSFW the problem is resolved. The Problem is only with the 5 dealers and the Hairstylist. All other NPC'S + the Doctor make no Problems. I have install F4 new and test it with an old savegame but with the same mods who are installed before. Do you thing i must start a new game? I hope someone can help me.

This sounds like a mod conflict. WSFW should have no affect on the Diamond City vendors.

Thanks for your answer. I have disabled all other mods and it was the same problem. With enabled WSFW i can't talk to the Traders. I think i test it with a new start.

I test on Xbox and your method is one of our only ways of testing things, so it is a main method. Even though it seems to make common sense it does not always hold true. When you take out a mod that affects as much as WSFW your save is ripped apart and some stuff gets re written. If it was WSFW causing the problem many other reports of this would come in. What is happening is whatever your conflict is, it is being saved by WSFW, but that does not mean it has anything to do with the cause, just that it is hanging on to the info.
It gets tricky to try and figure this out. I had one two years ago with Snappy being blamed for a crash, and when Snappy was removed the issue disappeared. It was not Snappy but when you ripped all that out of the game you also ripped out the bad part of the save that was holding the bad data.
If you have a save from a previous game where it did not happen, it can be used to figure out things. You must protect that save, and you must clear your cache every time the bug shows before you do the next test. Clearing the cache is very important as it is used to load a game and is what is going in your next save. The game you load is always save + cache, so clear the cache when needed.
Start by opening the save with your full load order and make sure the bug happens. Clear your cache and only open that save again no others. Now disable all your mods but WSFW and try again, if you cleared your cache properly, my bet is the bug will not be present, this makes it clear that WSFW is saving the bug, but not causing it. Then the next step would be to add the first ten mods at the top of your list and try again, no bug add the next ten and so on until you hit the bug.
As long as the bug is not present you do not need to clear your cache, but as soon as it appears you need to clear the cache and get ride of the bad data written to the cache. When you hit the bug remove the last ten mods you just added and clear your cache, now do the same as before but only add the new mods one at a time until the bug appears. Success so you thought, but no. It is never that simple. Likely this problem is a conflict and another mod higher in your load order is in conflict and you have to find it too or you don't if you find the first mod is one you did not really want or need.
If you want to find the other start doing the same again but this time start with WSFW and the found mod and see if the bug appears, if it does then that mod you found might be alone in creating it or it might be in conflict with WSFW. I will type that out if you get there. Assuming the bug does not exist with WSFW and the mod start doing the same adding ten or what ever number, it depends on how many mods you use. It is important to keep your load order the same so when you add the mods you are adding make sure that the previous mod you found stays at the bottom, keep going until you find the second mod. Hopefully there is not a third one but I have run into a few that take three to tango so to speak.
Now that you have your two mods and and a partial list and the bug clear your cache and switch the order of your last two mods which should be the recent find and previous find, often that cures the problem but if it does not you have to choose between the mods as they conflict.
Just and after thought you should not have any loose files in your mod folder, for testing at least, not an issue on an Xbox but it is a huge issue on PC. If you have them post back and maybe the PC players can help you sort that out.

Thank's for your answer. I reinstalled all mods and made sure that the Workshop Framework is at the end of the loading order. Now everything seems to be working correctly. I believe that the problem was caused by the mod "Project Mojave". It probably overwrote scipts.
Thank's for your help and continue to enjoy Fallout 4.

Workshop Framework is an ESM and normally auto moves to the top. You might want to check and if you are using the patch make sure it stayed below it. There is an additional patch that you can place at the bottom of your LO that fixes script overwrite, but WSFW normally tells you that is happening and to add the extra patch.
