Quick question,
If I choose to not power items automatically, will that include things like water pumps? The problem is, a lot of city plans seem to have these hidden away and not really accessible for wiring.
Plots are fine of course, and is what I'm after.
Also, is this meant to happen straight away? Changing this setting in an existing city didn't have any effect (including if a fast travelled away and back).
