I've used BS Defense, Steph. Cool mod. How it might interact with Conqueror? *shrugs* Using it as a baseline to make unattended attacks resolve? Definitely worth thinking about. As Rylasasin suggested, there should be a more complex consideration of your contribution to the settlement than the base game calculation of whether an attack succeeds or fails. In my current playthrough, with all four Sim Settlements mods, you can contribute weapons to a settlement to increase its defense rating. Making that matter more is worth considering.

I see your point. The fact that some city plans might not be balanced correctly having the infrastructure determine the outcome would be more likely to break it.

I've been praying for an Enclave addon for Sim Settlements for a while. I'd absolutely be willing to help come up with ideas.

Would it require America Rising as a master, or would it be its own thing?

What would you envision a minuteman settlement overall theme to be?

My dream would be the Followers of the Apocalypse, but in lieu of that, it would be fun to rehabilitate Raider gangs into Minutemen infantry units.

The children of atom are the only people in the game that you get to meet but don't have the ability to do anything even in far harbor you don't really join them they just end up tolerating you. or at least make it so that way once you go nuclear in one of your cities more children of atom start showing up to worship the reactor and then you can open up another pot that's like a nuclear disposal site which it'll turn into a church

What about the Atom Cats? I thought about the idea of replacing Jammer with a guy trying to set up an outpost at the Red Rocket, and you can retake the Commonwealth for them (such as it being taken completely over by raiders). I think they'd be like the Minutemen in the end, as they're mostly helper-type good guys, but with a 50s rocker theme instead.

I'd love to see some Fallout 4 baseball teams! Lexington Ladies and the Diamond City Demolishers, Concord Crushers and the Killmeisters. Imagine roving gangs armed with baseball bats and baseball grenades, umpire armor and baseball outfits and batting helmets!

Plus groups like the Thicket Excavation raiders - it would be pretty cool if the player helped them get started and they joined Conqueror as a faction ready to raid and expand..
I'd be nice if Jammer set you there to Drain the water and then when the raiders move in he sends you back because that "Bastard" Betrayed your group, and you need to send a Lesson to the rest.

Followers of the Apocalypse have and always will be my favorite faction in fallout, and would love to see them brought back to life. Failing that something more with the Gunners could be interesting since they are potentially the strongest group in the commonwealth.

A little extra love for the Atom Cats would be crazy, jack!
I'm a straight up sucker for giving my settlers greaser jackets and pretending the cats are out to play.
