Not a bug No settlers at generated settlement

Hi folks, I installed the mod, popups happened, etc. No issues.

Went to a settlement and it had been built up! I searched and couldn't find any people.

Any ideas why this might be happening?

Sorry for the delay in answering - been battling bugs every moment since 4.0.1.

Is the settlement still empty? It can take several hours for it to completely finish building and populating all of the settlements. The HUDFramework module we added in 4.0.1 will show you progress of everything to help keep track of that.
