Jammer keeps telling me that there are no settlements close to vault 88 and that I should scout some out. I have scouted them out and waited a fair bit for things to get going in the back ground (did the mechanist ql).
Perhaps this is because vault 88 is indoors? I will post a load order later today.
PS: I also had the bug where he walks, but consoled him into vault 88 and was able to workshop him into living there.
