This is more I have a random idea and I'm trying to figure out how to implement it. If its possible.
This isn't directly Settlements related so forgive me if this is the wrong place for this. I would like to do stuff for Settlements sometime but a lot of factors prevent that (I dont have all hte DLC - money is tight - and my machine is a potato)
My idea is - I was curious if there was a way to make graffiti that could be added to walls in settlements or whatever. Like - a transparent sticker sort of thing. I have SOME basic knowledge of 3d modeling and do digital art as a regular thing so I'm not a complete luddite. I'm just not sure where to start or what I'd need to make this work. Any suggestions what I'd need or where to start on this idea?
