Not good for a Mod if it make problems direct when you begin a new game .But then from what Save the Mod is Talking at that point i don't have any Save.
If you get a chance please do a test with just SS2. I have some games that pop it up and some new games which doesn't depending on the stage I am of my mod build. I have some of the same mods as you so I suspect it will require a smaller test set on my side.This is my complete load order as of right now, which still provoked those messages from a New Game (it takes until Vault Tec Rep is walking across the street to 'our' house before the first message pops up for me, and Codsworth was just saying 'maternal affection' when the second one came up), in the order it shows ingame:

It LOOKS like it's only doing it for me if both Wasteland Venturers and JunkTown Addon Packs are active before hitting New Game. I have no idea why those specific two in particular, but it's the only combination of my mods I could find that'd always do it. @damanding This might need to be added to the bug list?I did some testing too:
1) Bare minimum for SS2 - no error
2) All mods without addons - no error
3) All mods - error
4) All mods with only Wasteland Venturers and JunkTown - no error
5) All mods again - no error
It seems that addons are causing the error, but it also could be SS2 itself.
Yeah, everything SEEMS to still work even if those popups come up, I'm just wary of it maybe causing 'hidden' problems (especially with how many wierd-ass bugs I've been having).i have had that for a while and i concluded it is due to script overload at the start.
I have not had any issues later regardless despite it popping up.

Just to be clearer, SS2.esm enabled. SS2 plugin mods disabled, or at least no more than 3 including the SS2 extended.I have seen this when I first started playing with SS2. Try disabling all your SS2 plugin mods. Then enable them after you leave Vault 111.

Weird. It must be yet another "only on MY computer" issue. I suspect it's hitting some arbitrary build-specific threshold value for number of scripts trying to run during SS2's initialisation or something.I have both wasteland venturer and junk town installed and I never seen this message. My bet would be more towards it's a specific combination of mods or something. If it was your computer alone nobody else would have the issue but tht's not the case here. You are not alone. But because my load order is basically SS2 and necessary mods for it, the addons and true storm and nothing else, I can at least confirm it's not simply two addons that are doing this.Weird. It would take someone who understand PC modding much, MUCH better than I do to get to the bottom of this, I'm just giving the information I can to try and find the real issue an hopefully have it resolved.

I vaguely remember Kinggath commenting on this shortly after this code was added. It was something about it could cause false positives during game startup and was safe to ignore the message. IIRC, it was in the early 1.0.0a-f-ish beta patch in the news forum. Sorry I can't remember what version this code was added... goes back to drinking coffee...Can I ask if you can test with just SS2 enable and no other mods active? I am beginning to suspect there is a mod conflict causing this but I haven't been able to replicate it consistently on my side?
