Question New but not new to SS...

I've been playing FO4 on my Xbox, with mods. But now, I switched to playing on a pc. I've grown tired of the limitations that the Xbox has with mods. I thought I could find my answer by reading thru the threads, but damn, they're a ton of them. So.... Where do I find the mod that helps with the load order of mods?
