My Sanctuary Hills build

Hi! So I finally remembered to take screens of my sanctuary build, still a work in progress. First time playing with Sim settlements, first settlement I've made. Almost never leave Sanctuary... still at lvl 18. Built everything without cheats or infinite junk mods. It takes a lot more time, but give me a reason to leave Sanctuary and look for junk and kill enemies for caps. I know that is simple but I'm feeling proud of it! So many hours... :P

Please give me suggestions on what I should build next (on my list: arcade, gym and cinema), or tell me what you like/dislike

Thanks! I will make a big roofed area and use the projector screen from Video of the Wasteland. I really like this mod since combined with Mo Toons, I can watch real cartoons when relaxing in game :D
