Problem one: When a settlement is just barely in the black, it still goes into deficit, requiring me to come along and pay it down, and then put in a payment to keep it from happening again.
Problem two: When city plan placed items, like turrets and generators are damaged by a deficit, I cannot repair them normally. There is no interaction option in the workshop menu, I have to use the resurrect command.
Problem thee: When these items are damaged, there is now a PERMANENT column of smoke rising from their location, that I cannot seem to get rid of.
