Slum Lord is essentially a Shack Generator. It will spawn in Walls, Floors, Roofs, Furniture and special items from a large list of choices totally randomizing the building you get.
I made this mod for 2 reasons. 1st was to show the power of Sim Settlements and 2nd was to create junk shacks that kept other buildings from seeming like track homes. Mod Authors spend hours working on their addons so seeing one of their buildings should be a real treat. Slum Lord is my attempt from keeping the content addon makers create from getting stale from repetitive spawning.
Slum Lord consists of 5 different floor plans that Sim Settlements will choose at random like all of the other addons you have. The fewer addons you have the more frequently you will see Slum lord plots spawning. From there the building will have Hundreds of trillions of possible combinations. Probably more... I stopped doing the math at 11 Trillion.
With the addition of the T-Square Tool, Slum Lord will probably evolve into something else that I haven't decided on yet but it will always have these building that are currently listed.
