When a plot is missing something to be able to upgrade, it puts the HOLO icons over it, as shown here:
However, the 'status text' when using the ASAM makes no mention of this, as shown here where it just says "Operational":
Could that be dynamically changed to say in text form something like "Insufficient Food for Upgrade", as an additional line perhaps?
