Question Mo more settlers arriving

Hi,

I know this problem has probably been posted at least a million times but I can't seem to find an active topic about it right now...
So I'm at spectacle island with 33 settlers including companions and the ones from tales of the Commonwealth, but no more settlers have been arriving for in-game weeks now. All the settlers needs are covered by far, I set max unemployed to 5, free residential and job plots are available and I set "ignore carisma" to on. Workshop framework is also installed and I noticed a similar option for charisma there which I toggled accordingly... Any suggestions?

... Out of the 33 settlers you have inside, how many of them are assigned to a resource or anim marker?

3 for anim, 4 to resource (industrial).
Happiness is usually at around 90 and sometimes even crawling to 98/99.

Do you use conqueror at all? Try re placing the recruitment radio beacon, you know what's funny? I had this happen to me , but didnt actually realize until yesterday, no one was ariving at my abernathy outpost which is claimed for another faction, the recruitment system completely froze for me as well.. but I was too busy questing I didn't notice

It is a must have for me to get up and running quickly or just to grab an extra body now and then.
I have to note that it utilizes the correct mechanics with Sim Settlements for spawning a new settler.
One of my must haves now.
