MIs-Match Between Workshop Stats and SS2 Plot Stats

There is a mis-match between the stats in Workshop mode and the SS2 plot stats, see image. The SS2 plot's third row is showing a food deficit, but the Workshop mode food stats are much higher (19 versus 9). Assuming I missed the explanation, please provide a link.
