Resolved Marker based furniture showing up while not in workshop mode

I've seen this pop up previously , ignored it for the most part, now it seems to have stuck for good in sanctuary, in a bar, and inside a house as shown below

My Load Order since I haven't posted before and already opened like 3 bug reports :P :

Edit: So oddly it randomly went away after a few fast travelling and toggling workshop a few times until it went away

city holotape Gameplay options>Visual>>City Marker Objects.

Sometimes you have to toggle that on and off a few times before it works
