you should have a default max setting of 40 or 30 for the Threading Engine Options as 50 breaks everything and i bet this would fix a lot of issues with other peoples games as well
even though the setting says you need to adjust it i bet 50% of the time people don't.

Can you maybe be a bit more clear on "break everything"? I have never needed to reduce this option at all?

it causes sim settlements 2 scripts to come to a halt after some time has passed in game, about a days worth of playtime on the save file.
i had to set it to 40 then 25 at a later point to get the scripts going again and a small note, i didn't even know that setting was in there till i looked in the MCM menu.
don't ask for a save its long gone because of this https://simsettlements.com/site/ind...h-radio-recruitment-beacon.16409/#post-109015

It sounds more like you have a LO and mod list issue. I would suggest you post both. I run a few script heavy mods and have never had an issue. It can also be related to machine spec. Please if you don't mind can you provide this information to assist troubleshooting?

Also, if you have no mods except SS2 loaded can you replicate the issue?

Are you using anything like Buffout 4, BakaScrapheap or High FPS Fix?
