Lost community well

So I went back to sanctuary and noticed my advance industrial buildings had upgraded, for some reason it was auto update, so not happy with the options I went into building type and changed back to level 1 buildings, stupid?, maybe.

Either way I can not build the community well any more, it builds a watershed when I pick it, I uninstalled and then installed sim set and IR, built a new one, refreshed plot, used the IBB thingy, and still no luck.

Anyone know what I can do, not sure which mod it comes with, I think I have every simset mod there is installed.

Community Well is Industrial Revolution so you should be able to build it

This was a bug a while back, but it should be fixed. Can you try a manual install of Sim Settlements, then try rebuilding it as a Community Well and let me know if it works? (Manual install steps: https://simsettlements.com/web/wiki/index.php?title=Install#Manual_Installation)

If it still keeps building the Watershed after that, could you upload your save file to dropbox.com or something similar and PM me a link?

Yeah manual install worked, it rebuilt as a well, and built a new one at a different settlement.
