First SS2 Playthrough completed recently, intending to attend more Bethesda Mod School, but I side-tracked to try the City Plan Contest. I'm nearing the completion of my level 3, or rather, I hit the build limit and am axing a lot of ideas so I can finish my entry. Background out of the way, thank you for your patience!

1) I've used a fusion generator to test power lines in the outpost. Is 'gifting' this to a player in the city plan (I intend make it appear in lvl2 or 3 only) acceptable or is it frowned to have objects that require perks in city plans? Or am I overthinking a dealer's designer's choice?

2) Junk Storage needs (The optional task while Checking My Settlement integrity): Is this something to take into consideration or can it be ignored? 19000+ needed for level 3 seems scary and/or I goofed something.

3) Power & Power lines: I've verified all plots are powered, but some 2x2 plots are done with the 'power conduit nearby' rather than a direct power line it it's power pole. Is this acceptable or will it render my entry ineligible? If acceptable, can power poles be safely deleted to free up space? (Chiefly aesthetics, but also secretly hoping it buys me a few .1% build limit)

4) 50% Jobs in Warwick anxiety: 6 Settlers + a Jake Stranger are ignored (for jobs, but 6 beds reserved). With 13 Job plots (breakdown in spoiler below) I must cap the troops at 26. Thus, I must build no more than 32 beds to cap recruitment and remain qualifying for the rules?

5) Vertical building leads vanilla caravan NPCs to new heights: Sometimes (possible permanent resident now?), Cricket and/or their caravan brahmin finds their way to the top of a 3 story structure instead of the area catered to them on the ground floor. Is there a 'fix' for this or just an outcome of high buildings over their 'routes'? [On the plus side... it has lead to some funny emergent stories]

6) How much wood would a woodchuck... Naw, that's it for tonight's anxiety round. Thanks for reading!

and a looot of concrete that will be picked away so rugs, nuka-colas and other cool things can give the space life, and make me anxious that I built too vertical...
