Quest Leverage simply won't started at all!

Are these the stages for State of War, or When It Rains?

There is definitely something funky going on with your load order, or a mod conflict, to be encountering this many problems. Unfortunately there's no telling what is happening. Are you using item sorters? I know these cause problems if patches aren't generated each update. If you post your plugin list under the spoiler tag, perhaps someone will be able to assess a problem.

It is possible to forcefully start the quest ?

Having sifted through my mods that could affect all of “this”.
After looking through my 3296 saves (no joke) and whispering an ancient swear that brings happiness over them, I found a small patch for a minor mod that I installed just before “Corporate Espionage”, and rolled it back.


Leverage quest - completed without any problems!
