Adds 3 new Industrial type buildings, "SubStation," "Pump House," and "Sand Castle."
SubStation provides 20 power at Lvl 1, 50 at Lvl 2, and 100 at Lvl3.
Pump House provides 20 water at Lvl 1, 50 at Lvl 2, and 100 at Lvl3.
Sand Castle provides 20 safety at Lvl 1, 50 at Lvl 2 and 100 at Lvl 3.
Barracks provides 40 safety at Lvl 1, 100 at Lvl2, and 200 at Lvl 3, it consumes 2 water and food at Lvl1, 6 at Lvl2, and 12 at Lvl 3.

Plans:
Add Lights.
Fix wiring issue & add door at Lvl 3.
Randomized Clutter.
Add NavMesh.
Create A DLC free version if there is demand for it.

Add Separate plot types for Power and Water with different designs. (currently unable to with out editing Sim Settlement's scripts)
Create Defense Type Plots. (again scripts, and might be separate mod)

The newer update for utilities (xbox1) links to the outdated version. I'm currently unable to update or download.
