Solved Jammer won't follow to Jamaica Plains

Hi team,
I'm sure this has been answered before but I don't have time to sift through everything. I'm at the quest Blast From the Past but Jammer won't follow me to Jamaica Plains. I've tried waiting 24 hours in and away from my HQ, waiting at the spot near JP. I'm not real experienced with mods bar playing them so I don't know what to do at this point. I thought of using a setstage to force the quest, would that brick it further?
Does anyone know the console command for that? I'll need to dl a console enabler too playing survival.

From my experience if a conqueror quest goes off the rails you have two choices.

1. Load a save from before the quest, or from a save where a quest is still functioning properly. NPCs wandering off means it's probably hosed. No amount of waiting or fast travel is going to fix a NPC wandering off. At least in my experience. So...save before starting a quest, right after starting a quest, and periodically through a quest. Don't do anything else while completing Conqueror quests. Just in case you have to reload.

2. Console your way through stages until you hit a stage where the quest starts functioning again. You'll miss out on some nifty dialog now and then, but it can get you through the real pesky moments, especially if you are using literally any mod that adds spawns via script, quest, or hand placement. Those wreck the Conqueror NPCs during quests like no other. If the quest NPC suddenly puts their weapon away and walks off in some random direction, you know it's time to reload or start using console codes.

If you do use console codes make sure you setstage the final stage of the quest (after the other stages that pertain to whatever choices you make) or things won't get cleaned up. The only time I use console codes are when a quest stage is causing a ctd. Otherwise I reload a save.
