Fixed Jammer telling me I didn't kill the Preston group when I did.

When I started I had executed Preston and crew, continued on and then found non-hostile Minutemen in my main outpost. I didn't want them there, so I killed them all, to find that I had the Defend Sanctuary quest. Once it completed, Jammer starts to completely I love you me out for not killing Preston and crew.

So... I think I'm broke again with Jammer. So yeah... I feel so bad after he told me off...
