Issue with power lines!

So i m currently working on a city plan for The Castle, gone through level3 level2 and on level one after building the esl with the 3(4 with level 0)
I have found an issue
For some reason, the Power line that connects from the Generator to the Castle Power grid isn't exported to the city plan. The same goes for the Radio and for the Water purifier(I replaced that line by accident)

Also this might seem od coming from me but is there any command or cheat to upgrade the city plan manually so I can verify if level 2 and level 3 have other oddities?(cant recall if there was)

Cool to see another person working on plans.
Issues with power lines are normally due to them passing through things, like a wall etc.
I do not like to post commands to the forums if you like you are more than welcome to my settlements building discord where we have all this info.

@Tarkkh did you sort out your power grid problem?

I am also doing a Castle City Plan and, while my source levels/saves don't show any problems, the built city plans power grid is 'corrupt' -- some nodes are connecting that shouldn't and vice versa...
