Interior plots

I have been playing ss2 for two days now and I just noticed that I don’t have interior plots. Are we supposed to have that in the beginning or is that an option Jake gives us later? For reference I can already build municipal buildings.

Did you run the holotape thingy for it? Or just install it?
There is a holotape program with the mod you have to run, if you do not have the holotape check the chemistry bench or cooking station to craft one.
I ran the holo tape and I still don’t have the plots.

I finished chapter 1
You are missing more than interiors. You are missing residential 3x3s as well from the earlier screenshot.

You have a mod or something messing with your workshop menu to cause this.
I really do not know what to tell you at this point because we tried the following:
1. Disabling all mods other than SS2.
2. Checking load order.
3. Running Settlement Menu Manager
4. Starting new games

I am pretty sure I already know the answer to this next suggestion, but have to give it a try anyways.
Create a save and then go to the cheat tools in the SS2 menu and use the unlock everything.
I am thinking that it is not going to make them appear because for some reason your Workshop Mode Menu is fubar. (SMM usually recovers that.)

The only solution I cna suggest at that point is to do a complete installation after uninstalling and making sure to clear everything but your saves in C:\Users\\Documents\My Games\Fallout4 (=windows user name)

We still haven't seen your full mod list to know how many mods you uninstalled without using the Uninstall "this mod" holotape that you make at the Chem Station

No, the holotape crafted at the chemistry bench was for SMM which is a mod that will organize or repair the workshop mode menu.

As of 0.1.6 SMM now automatically repairs the workshop menu on every game load (if WSFW isn't installed).
--------------------------

Settlement Menu Manager provides a safe, easy way to add custom categories to the settlement menu. As a user this means you can install SMM enabled mods without worrying about ending up with a broken build menu should you choose to uninstall them. Non-SMM mods will still require uninstallers.

We know WSFW is installed for SS2 and we don't know how many non-smm mods didn't use an uninstaller

Right and that is what SMM was intended to fix.

As for the 1.6 update, I didnt pay attention to the automatic running part. Just used to having people install the previsions versions and not knowing to run the holotape.

I honestly am not the best at this. I’m like a home owner thinking I can do my own plumbing or electrical. Lol. Wish I had friends that knew how to fix it and could just come over and set it straight for me

You may need to post your plugins list sorted by the load Order, helps see if something is overwriting something else.

Instructions:
You can manually accomplish this by going into each of your game profiles in the Vortex AppData folder. You can copy the load order and plugin texts found there and save them to another location.
1. In vortex click on settings, then Mods Tab.
2. click on the hyperlink to Mods Staging folder, should be something like C:\Users\Name\AppData\Roaming\vortex\fallout4\mods
3. go up one level of folders the fallout4 one
4. select the profiles folder instead
5. select the weird named folder in there like vhth-3iZp
6. Look for loadorder.txt

Thats what we need :)
