Interior Plots - Atrium Snap Points

I've been playing around with interior plots in Vault 88. Most of the rooms are snapping fine but strangely the Atrium snap points are floating a bit. Not sure if anything can be done but it was odd. If needed/wanted, I can take some screenshots when I get home later.

I can confirm this; interior plots placed on Atrium snap points float a fair bit above the floor.
Can't say whether it's the same with other types of Vault flooring, though.
