I Love This Game!

I really enjoyed SSL. Had to let it go when it started telling me that all my settlements were maxed out on build limit. And I had only built two settlements. I was apprehensive when SS2 came out. But, it really peaked my interest when I found that there was a storyline attached. I started playing after Nuclear Option. I LOVE what you done. SO different. Almost a new game in and of itself. I was very sad when Chapter 1 (Chapters?) was finished. I almost don't want to play again until Chapter 2 breaks out. When's CH.2 coming out?

After The Nuclear Option, huh? Did anyone comment about it? I did a fresh game and almost completely ignored the main quest, so I don't know if anyone will mention the big boom.
And chapter 2 doesn't have any confirmed release date. From what I can tell, they haven't found all the voice actors they need yet, so it's at the very least a few months left.

I know Jake has a different few lines of dialog during the early scene where he asks about your Pip Boy if you've already discovered The Big Plot Twist once you reach the Instititue. (there's supposed to be a couple other times that he does that but those triggers aren't firing properly or something)

There are an absolute ton of interesting NPC characters in SS2, so I would highly recommend continuing to play while we all "patiently" wait for the next chapter. I have been really surprised by how much more there is than just the main storyline in the mod.

They're WAY more interesting than Generic Settler Whining About Dirty Fingernails Number 24601, not that that's a high bar to pass. Still nice to have these people you KNOW who they are and what they want hanging about, like "oh hey its that girl that was obsessed with energy weapons" or "that guy digging up pre-war research into rad-resistant crops is settling in nicely". Would be nice to see more conversations BETWEEN them though, only one I've seen is the Corvus siblings having the same argument daily.

So true, it really brings things to life.

The Ron really exist :D I never saw this Bill Board before :D

I've been using SS2 for about a week now, after using SS for several months. I love what they've done with it! It makes creating functional settlements so much easier. The city plans don't blow your build budget up to 400% greater than the default (thus causing load issues) and yes, the NPC's who show up asking for a place to live make things more interesting. Bugs? Oh sure. Any complex piece of software will have bugs though. It's still a terrific piece of work.
