Hello,
i went through wiki, google and the forum the last couple days and i found similar threads but none that could help.
Latest mod versions (chapter 2 , i do NOT have chapter 3) , load order and no conflict mods.
It looks like i am stuck somewhere half in the tutorial for the resources but otherwise i am out of it.
I can not build anything any more because i have 999/1000 or 1500 etc resources shown, as seen in first screen
On second screen the column for "department max" is on 999999 , so something is clearly wrong.
I have 3 agreements with settlements, they should produce more then enough.
I can not go back to a save before the HQ as that would mean losing half of the game i did since then.
If my HQ is screwed then i guess i need to wait with playing it till my next play through but maybe someone has an idea.
