Over my playthrough, my HQ is becoming full of city plan junk. I am glad to see the mod finally get a feature to cleanup the issue but unfortunately the Cleanup Misplaced Items option in Workshop Framework doesn't clean this up. When I use it in my HQ, it knows there's misplaced items (see below) but it doesn't clean them up. I've waited ingame for 45+ minutes but nothing happens with the cleanup. In fact, the misplaced item count increases during my wait if I try to start the cleanup process again. How do I get the cleanup option to work correctly and get rid of all these misplaced items? How do I know the option is even working at all?
