How do i get more flags

I Go to the custom table click the flag but theres only the American one

I believe this has something to do with what Factions you are allied with. You need to have done a few quests for that faction before you can use their flag.
You can disable that somewhere in the settings so all flags are available.
But I am not 100% sure, so don't quote me on that.

Not to mention all the addons that have flags - Altairp has an Animal Farm Flag, mytigio has several robot flags and we have five flags; like a colourful hippie flag and another that says "Shush Preston", cross-stitched by Mama Murphy!
