Where do you get the holotape for this addon?

See references to holotape in some threads, for example setting to control where ammo factory deposits - accumulate in factory or in workbench. Never seen it and not sure how/where to get holotape.

Couple of options, you can get it on the workbench of the level 2 Robot Workshop (that's advanced industrial robotics line).

You can get it in the terminal of the level 3 dispatcher or the level 3 Sorting Facility. Or ultimately you can just make one at the chemistry station for 1 steel if you want.
