Help: how to make a translate version of ss2?

As an Asian, I'm goot at Japanese n chinese language. Also as a big fans of SS2 , I want more guys know the mod by providing different language version.
So anyone can teach me how to make a translate version by myself ?

It's a monumental task, so reconsider before committing. There's apparently around 50,000 cells to translate. It will take months to do properly.

As you can see from one picture in the link above, the French translation seems to have been done in ESP-ESM Translator program.
