Has Anyone Else Gotten This Graphics Glitch?

Latest version SS2 complete, plus latest version Workshop Framework. Returning to Fiona after completing rescue Ellis quest. Back wall missing, giving good view of Void. Tried saving, quitting, and reloading, but no change.

Do you have any texture enhancement mods? I used one for a long time with no apparent issues and then missing walls started appearing during heavy combat. I also couldn't get out of HQ without eternal loading screens and inside HQ, NPCs were just frozen in place. It didn't start happening until settlements started getting big.
 
My mod list has not changed in months, although the SS2, and some SS2-related, files did get updated. I have not been in that hospital since the main quest required it, in what, Chapter 2? I've finished Chapter 3 and was playing the new content. No new settlements were built and no population was added.

The quest I played was Prodigal. I reloaded from before that, this morning, and played it through a second time. Got a different ending this time because I forgot to get the chems from Fiona before I went. Apparently my own chems aren't good enough, lol. After I killed some of the hostiles and Dogmeat killed others plus some friendlies, combat ended. Ellis wasn't as upset with me as I expected he might be, but then again what should the Nightingales expect if they appeal to a military leader for rescue? Anyway, I went back to the hospital and saw the same missing wall. No other walls appeared to be missing.

Thanks for the information - in the quest New Connections (earlier Nightingale quest with Circe and NLTC) did you convince or get Circe to accept the NLTC donation or not? I have a pretty good idea what might be causing the graphical glitch but that information is needed to investigate it further. The appearance of the hospital changes depending on the outcome of New Connections.

No, I weighed in against letting any unknown outside group buy into the Commonwealth. I told the Nightingales I had plenty of caps and they could have some. I don't recall them ever actually taking any caps from me, though. They did thank me for my help in that quest. Sorry I did not answer your question the first time. NLTC did not ring a bell with me until you mentioned the donation and Circe.
 
I was about to post about this very same bug. I too declined NLTC's donation
(I suspected they could possibly be the Gunner's "generous benefactors" Wes talks about)
