Resolved Game crashes whenever a leader is assigned

I am having a new problem that is whenever i assign a leader to any of my settlements no matter which one it is the game crashed within a min or two. it doesnt matter which settlement i assign them to. I tried this with a new game and only with the sim settlement mods no other mods but i still get the same problem again and again. but if i play with sim settlements without assigning any leader the game tends to work fine.
can you kindly look into the problem as until there is no solution i can not play the game at all.

What version is your Fallout exe?

Its 1.9.4 and i know its kinda old but i can not update it as the update isnt available in my country. isnt there any other option?

That version is supported - but you must have some bad files if it doesn't work with just Sim Settlements on a new game.

I would recommend trying to repair your game files, and make sure you don't have any loose files from other mods. For example, if you have any files in Fallout 4/Data/scripts - those could still be conflicting even if you disable your other mods.

yeah there a loose file from another mod and now have been playing the game for the past 4 hrs now and havent had any problems. I did have to start off with a new game thou, as my previous game still crashed but the new game is working perfect.
