Game crashes if i go to Sanctuary (xbox)

Basically, everytime i go to Sanctuary, my game crashes. I can walk around 2min max before the game simply closes, and sometimes the game just crashes straight away. The settlement isnt even that big, only 22 people.

I only have a handfull of mods installed along with it, like AmericaRising2, SeeThroughScopes and SimpleAttack&DeathReactions. I looked through the compatible mods and didnt found any of these causing a problem.

Theres something i can do, or i will have to accept that i cant step on Sanctuary?

Sanctuary is part of a triangle of death problem realted to over building of Sanctuary RR and the farm, also i had this instance as wel but not related to overbuilding but i had a production line installed to scrap junk items to basic materials and sometimes the room those where build in had a hickup and trashed about 200 items on the floor rendering all thos ecaused a big hickup for me !
