Question Foundation and terraforming question

I've built farm plots on top of the Castle walls (I'm using Clean and Simple Castle by Jenncave and Houza), and the plots are bleeding through the castle ceilings.

I was thinking that using flat foundations would remove that issue, along with turning off terraforming.

  1. Is there a way to turn off terraforming for a local plot or settlement, without this affecting the Sim Settlement mod globally?
  2. Is anyone aware of any flat foundation plots?
  3. Would it be relatively easy to make a copy of the existing 2x2 wood foundations, and remove the support legs? I ask because I wouldn't want to break navmeshes, and I'm an absolute newbie in modding.

i know exactly where you're building and i've hit that issue - i tend to use the corner gardens from the Ruined Homes addon. That gives you a flat platform that doesn't bleed through the walls and the garden itself is surrounded by breeze blocks so it fits in with the esthetics of the castle settlement.

Is it possible to copy the foundation, edit it, and keep the navmesh? Or would I need to generate new navmesh?
