Forum or website login has a strange, brief loop

Opened forum page: was not logged in. Should be, but went ahead and tried credentials again.
- auth failure: "cookies must be accepted."
- Try again - redirect to failure page, same message.
- Went out to main page, looking for one of those "we use cookies" footer bars to appear. None do.
- Click Forum link. I am logged into the site and on the main forum page.

yep aware of it. its always been here before and after a few auth integrations. its a cookie issue. next time we'll use chocolate chip, frickin sugar cookies always do this!!

gregthebunny just fixed the issue was the wiki using outdated http links instead of https.
