Are there any city plans anyone might know of that incorporates this add-on?

I was going to suggest asking the creator of that mod, but it looks like he's been banned from these forums. I've never tried this mod. I'm not even sure who to suggest poking, in case they've used it. Maybe ask if anyone has used it, and see if they have more insight? Sorry if that's not much help.

Huh, funny, I'm not sure I already knew that addon existed, I'm surprised it doesn't seem to have been used in much a city plan. I don't like most of the plots in there but some of them are really interesting.

The mod adds some interesting sounding defense plots (though no interior ones, which is a shame), and the interior stat training plots are something that are PAINFULLY missing from SS2 baseline...

Needing the bar stool minigames mod and the donuts&coffee from the CC is... at bit ridiculous for a MINUTEMEN themed pack. Feels like they threw in a bunch of other, unrelated plots they've also made.

They also have the dubious honor of being the only SS2 Addon Pack listed on the wiki's "known issues" page. (one of the recruitable settlers added in this addon pack breaks THE RON's recruitment dialog)

(for me it's the LOL I AM PHYSICALLY INCAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING WITHOUT MENTIONING I LIKE TO SMOKE THE WEED LOL that makes me not want it)

I put it in my mod list, and eventually I reloaded from before I did that. I can't say the mod caused problems, but something did, and removing it along with a couple of other questionable mods that I installed at the same time removed the problems. I'm a big fan of the MM but some things just aren't worth the potential trouble.

I always view Far West Minutemen as my canon minutemen. Makes the faction much more visually interesting and distinctive (and also with better firepower). 4est also did a great stripped-down version of it that removes all the AWCKR stuff and makes it more streamlined.

I use We Are The Minutemen to enhance my Minutemen, but the mod under discussion here was supposed to add buildings to support the RP. I feel it may be the "everything including the kitchen sink" approach in this mod that is breaking other things. To give the mod author the benefit of the doubt, they may have been trying to share what they put together and enjoyed playing themselves, and that might not work with what the rest of us already have.
