FO4 Clean Install

not related to sim settlements but I was wondering if someone could give me a step by step on how to get a clean instal of FO4. I got a laptop and when I went to download the game to my laptop it has all the saves and mods on it, but since I don’t have any mods loaded into my laptop yet I’m missing some textures such as the pip boy. I want a new instal so that I can have two different modded games one on my pc and on on my laptop. Thanks

Login to Steam from your laptop and install.
If you don't already, you'll have to download the Steam Client onto your laptop.
Now... I don't know IF you can play on both devices at the same time. You should be able to as Steam recognizes each computer as unique but owned by the same account.
