This is a typical build for me... I like fairly realistic, shabby builds - I like to build in districts, or I'll try to keep settlers living/working/playing in the same area so they have less to path around. I try to follow the lines of the landscape so it looks really natural, incorporating whatever junk was lying around when I discovered the place. This settlement isn't done upgrading yet... it's got about 20 settlers and all the needs metres are at 100%. Hopefully I can keep it that way ;)
Looked like there should be a gate there at that fork in the road. Looked like there should be a gate there at that fork in the road.

Tore down that old house in the middle of town and the soil beneath was pretty fertile, so all the farms go there. Tore down that old house in the middle of town and the soil beneath was pretty fertile, so all the farms go there.
North of the workshop, you find a broken down mini car - the settlers always try to get it running again. Stupid settlers. North of the workshop, you find a broken down mini car - the settlers always try to get it running again. Stupid settlers.
Next to the church is the cemetery, of course... beside the corpse harvesters and the town water supply. Makes sense to me. Next to the church is the cemetery, of course... beside the corpse harvesters and the town water supply. Makes sense to me.
Inside the church - the Wasteland Theatre fits perfectly. The acoustics in there are amazing. Inside the church - the Wasteland Theatre fits perfectly. The acoustics in there are amazing.

I really like how your settlements look so peaceful and serene. Clean and organized. I especially liked seeing them in the video you posted.
Thank you. As they say, war is war, but lunch should be on time) I try to give the houses a dilapidated look ( not a dollhouse)..somewhere it turns out, somewhere it doesn't.

Haven't found any settlements yet in London (apparently there are seven!), but wanted to share a couple of shots that I will definitely be using for desktop backgrounds. Loving this mod/game! ;)ScreenShot0.pngScreenShot1.png

You can use the wide screen fix and an ASI loader(for Reshade) at the same time- it'll give you the best of both worlds. :grin
Ok so I decided to start looking into modding F3 but got sidetracked with Tale of Two Wastelands.
I am waiting on my new SSD to get here before I get too excited about setting it all up. I needed another drive so I decided it would be easier to download everything for TTW onto the new drive. I'm sure it's not necessary but the way I mix things up, it will just make it easier. In the meantime, I am still looking at F3 mods. Got a few listed. If you found any good ones just let me know. I spent the whole day just trying to get FOSE, Unofficial patch and FO3 to work. A lot of :scratchheadbut then finally :grin.

Sorry for the delay, I've been helping at a second facility on my days off along with my normal job- finally taking a few days c-o-m-p-l-e-t-e-l-y! Give me just a bit and I'll show you the ones I picked and how I set it up. My pc boots up faster than me... :grin

I love Fallout 3. But can't help but notice the lack of a raider junkie with a pink mohawk, running at you with a pool cue in the middle of the night?

Lol with Marts installed(and increased spawns) I hit a mass of them, Talon Company and Super Mutants- the mutants did everyone in with 3-4 master mutants packing miniguns and another with a gatlin laser... and 4-5 on the ground sporting sledges... then there's the behemoths and some abomination like 'thing'... :shok1

Let me add the last one I snapped...
