Jamaica Plain
This is a typical build for me... I like fairly realistic, shabby builds - I like to build in districts, or I'll try to keep settlers living/working/playing in the same area so they have less to path around. I try to follow the lines of the landscape so it looks really natural, incorporating whatever junk was lying around when I discovered the place. This settlement isn't done upgrading yet... it's got about 20 settlers and all the needs metres are at 100%. Hopefully I can keep it that way
Looked like there should be a gate there at that fork in the road.
Up the stairs near the bus stop (and the bottlecap mine) - an easy stopping place for caravans.
Tore down that old house in the middle of town and the soil beneath was pretty fertile, so all the farms go there.
North of the workshop, you find a broken down mini car - the settlers always try to get it running again. Stupid settlers.
Next to the church is the cemetery, of course... beside the corpse harvesters and the town water supply. Makes sense to me.
Inside the church - the Wasteland Theatre fits perfectly. The acoustics in there are amazing.
Aerial view from church spire.
Another view from up high.
Inside the workshop - industry and bandages.
Upstairs from the workshop - lots of space for relaxing.
