Fast traveling to settlements crashing game

So this is the second biggest bug I've found whilst using this mod. Whenever I fast travel to sanctuary or anywhere near Sanctuary, it crashes my game and takes me to my desktop. I'm using the default city plan which I suspect is the problem, so I want to try refrsh the city plan and see if that works, but of course, I cant get close to Sanctuary or it crashes. It seems to be in a huge radius around the settlement, all the way down to red rocket, and even if I try to approach by foot, it crashes my game. Also I can't load to a previous save that works, because the last one I have is literally days behind.

Help would be appreciated.

After you load from the save that crashed try creating a new save and load from that. That will sometimes clear the CTD out.

if your using ss2 addons disable them and try again.
Also grab https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/47359 so you/we know the reason of your crash exactly

And I also tried this and it didn't work either, but I will go get that mod and try get a crash report to post

So at this point I've decided I'm probably just going to start the whole mod over again, because I turned of SS2, on ym main save that's been crashing, and went up to Sanctuary, and it didn't crash. So I saved in Sanctuary and tried to load from there with SS2 turned on, but it means all of my SS2 progress is reset, which to be honest is worth it, oever my entire save being corrupt and unplayable. But the problem is 100% something to do with the city plan, or just the mod itself, I seriously cannot tell what it is yet

Because I need to place a city planner desk, but I can't because Sanctuary is over the build limit from when I had SS2 on ealier on, but like I said, whenever I scrap something leftover from SS2, such as the mazzive wind turbines on the roofs, it crashes my game

there's a feature with workshop framework
Go to the workshop Hit Space (manage) them you can configure build limits.
