Possibility of having an equipment box, we can drop in armor, and weapons in and have them auto equip to my raiders or guards. Running around for 30 minutes to give my guys/gals gear gets a bit tedious (80% seem to survive the raids so its not everyone being reequipped). Or at the war table, have an option to build a level list that new raiders will spawn with equipment, Player gives armor and weapons as a template, RNG's through that list for what type is placed, Based on quality of armor/weapons costs the player caps. I know your planning on adding custom factions from mod authors, but this just lets your users an in game way to build up a uniformed army.

This has been talked about and suggested for a very long time. :secret From what has been said the only way this could be done is to make the mod dependent on the F04 script extender. :unknw So, though possible that dependency would exclude console players and pc players who don't use the F4SE.

KG and team are always looking for an idea of how to do it or for someone who can figure it out.:umnik2

A great suggestion that would be done if they could. Still, fingers crossed :searchmaybe one day.

Thats fair I didn't think about the not using F4SE aspect.

How about a clone box. I use the console command now for copyall from one container into another for quick outfitting of my raiders.

Mod authors use scripts to inject items into level list all the time wihtout f4se, is there away the team could use the same kind of script to inject items/weapons into the custom faction npc Level list? The player can add items into a container script grabs the reference and adds that to the level list?

I don't know if this helps but....
I found this mod that adds a "commanding" style to the BOS faction.

https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/14234

It looks like in his video, that theres an ability to assign specific equipment.
Maybe can be implemented? Hope this helps!

The new Armory plot is addressing this. I haven't tried it out yet but it is supposed to help gear out your peeps. As it is a new feature, there's probably more to come with it down the line.
