I'm running the latest SS1 and Conqueror (no faction packs) and keep having issues with Industrial, Agri & Rec Plots being reassigned.
My original plan was to just have Enslaved work these at my outpost, but I kept finding that I'd come back later to find Warriors had been changed to workers and assigned to them with the Enslaved being unassigned. I looked back at various posts that had similar not but exactly the same issues and not much recently.
I tried turning off Auto Change Role in conqueror settings but this just seemed to lead to them still being reassigned to these plots just without a change of role.
I would be happy turning off Auto Assignment entirely for SS1 as I'm only managing one Outpost at the moment but I don't know if (with Control Vassal Settlements turned off) this would cause issues in the Vassal Settlements.
I have actually managed to get 2 Enslaved to remain at their Rec plots, I believe this was because at the time there were no unassigned Warriors at the Outpost and I didn't get more until the Rec plots had already become Level 2, it's the only thing I can think of that was different.. so worst case scenario I think I could just turn Auto Assignment off entirely, assign the plots as I want and wait for them to all level up before turning it back on, but I wanted to see if there were any other suggestions before doing this and if it would negatively impact the Vassal settlements.
Also wanted to check I'm not missing something stupidly simple.
