I have noticed that when a dirt foundation is placed there is no solidness to it. Meaning I can walk on it, but everything else just sinks as if it is not there.
For example the first time I noticed this I put down a dirt foundation then went to plant some crops on it and they just passed through to the actual ground until they were able to be placed.
My settlers will also not walk over those "deep areas." Yesterday I noticed a settler stuck inside a building because it would not path out the door because the drop was too much. I moved the dirt foundation, placed steps, placed the dirt back over the steps and the settler was on their way.
Did I miss a setting, wrong load order, or have a conflicting mod causing them to not be solid like the concrete and wooden foundation?
