Question Desk without RotC?

So I don't want to use the desk and rest of the RotC features like interior plots, so i uninstalled the RotC expansion and started a new savegame without it. But when i want to use SS after going through the confing in the holotape, the desk and interior plots still are there in my menu along with the normal plots.
Is it that this stuff is included on the main install too? Or is it that it is only part of RotC (As far as I'm aware)? How can i get rid of it and only have the normal plots on my build menu?
I have HudFramework, City level also appears there, as if I had RotC installed.
I double checked and I DO NOT have it installed. I do not have the All in One version. I uninstalled all the addons packs to check if that fixed it but nothing changed. I only have the base mod.
What can I do?

The CP desk and interior plot functionality are built into the core SS mod.

The easiest thing if you don't like them is to not build them.

if you don't want to use something, then don't use it? for example, in a decoration mod, like homemaker, you are not compelled to use every single item in the mod - same with this. if you don't want desks, don't build desks. if you don't want interior plots, don't build em. far safer than not installing the base mods and breaking functionality.
