Please post bugs specific to Rise of the Commonwealth and Dalton Farm in this thread.

This is currently a placeholder thread, as of initial release this settlement is not yet supported.

I assume this thread is still valid. My Dalton Farm is still in its early stages, but there's two things I've noticed. Firstly, there are 7 people and 7 Residential Plots, yet all the settlers complain that there aren't enough beds. Sometimes complain about food too, but that's rare. The second thing is probably connected, but I'm gonna mention it anyway. I can't assign a Commercial plot. I keep getting the "not enough homes" error, even though there are 7 level 2 homes. I'll add anything else I notice as I develop the settlement.

Unless I missed something... there is no RotC plan yet for the DLC's.

There isn't one, however this one may need some closer scrutiny. Did you happen to do a settlement import from transfer settlements on this one? (asking because there's been a hard to find issue with Transfer Settlements with moved workbenches getting imported into settlements creating havoc with the existing one until the newly imported one is scrapped).

And that's why, well one reason you never touch the workbench.
It gets added to the settlement list as "built by player". Same thing as dropping a bunch of loot on the ground and picking it up in WS mode, it will be exported like everything else. Works for Power Armor too.

Just downloaded 3.4.3; at Dalton Farm, built a workbench and assigned a leader; after waiting approx 10 minutes, no pop-up indicating initial clearing and foundation build. Checked building plans in management desk and pop-up states no city plans available. Left idle for 15 minutes with no resolution. Saved game, exited and then followed this link:

https://www.simsettlements.com/site/index.php?threads/clearing-locked-workshop-scripts.3830/

Load is stable, no crashing; I've had the game idle for approximately 1/2 hour, and still haven't been able to get the city plan for Dalton's Farm to appear in the management desk.

Go back to the Commonwealth, visit a settlement or 2 then back to Dalton. Just sitting in Far Harbor doesn't work.
FH is a VERY weird animal and the normal rules don't apply. LOL

Oh, and it takes a little longer for the CP to start building. Okay.. some a LOT longer.

Thanks for the heads-up, all. Traveled back to the Commonwealth for a bit and did some radiant quests, and then went back to Far Harbor and the city plan was in the desk. Cheers!

Clipping with wall to fog machine (it's near the fast travel spawn location)
