Question Daily fuel/ammo upkeep stuck

I had a settlement built and the daily upkeep for fuel and ammo was at -151, so I wanted to start over and rebuild at a more slow pace. I removed all plots, generators and turrets but the daily upkeep didn't change. With just 5 plots and no turrets, it's still at -151. It didn't readjust. What do I do?

Oh that bug. Yeah I had that way back. Basically every vanilla turret etc that got placed counted towards the upkeep, even after storing or scrapping it.
I dont think I ever found a fix for it. I simply stopped placing more than 1-2 of them.

So your choices are:
1. Work through it. I had settlements making about 500 caps a day once they got big.
2. Roll back your save before placing them.
3. Start a new game.

That's kind of ridiculous. All of my saves are after I noticed this and I'm level 53, starting over isn't an option. Every time I place a turret and remove it, the cost goes up and stays there. I really hope this gets fixed soon, seems like a huge bug that should have been patched a while back.
