Question Cutscene Crippled Me Near to Death!

I was in workshop mode way up high when I must have triggered a near enough-to-Jammer Soldier info cutscene that dropped me to the ground, crippled, near death with the very loud heart beating thing. Also my camera angle was stuck and askew so I couldn't watch the cutscene OR hear it because I was too far away+heart beating near-death thing.

Don't forget you can generally back out of conversations by just moving backwards; it's a shame but you can still hear it and can get back in when you get the opportunity to talk!

Not to say this isn't a valid concern, just a suggestion if it happens again

I was totally stuck. Couldn't move at all until the cutscene ended. Then I was just standing around looking like someone who had just fallen from the sky. Perfect storm of problems. Might be nice that any triggers would wait if player is in workshop mode.
