UPDATE: No, it wasn't. KG is now aware and is correcting the Main file.

Is this intentional? Vortex, for one, will prompt users "this mod has multiple plugins, enable them all?" which may confuse some users and have them turning on the experimental features:

For some reason i can now recruit every NPC in the Game and send them to my Settlements... even Enemies and Objects like Turrets and it actually works, they become instantly allied und walk away...

Came here to ask the same thing.

I looked at the nexus file list before I downloaded, saw that, and then decided to hold off on the upgrade until I found more info.

This is a new feature that's being put out for testing, and it does exactly what you guys said - You can now recruit any npc as a settler. It is still at a test stage so will have some quirks.

    HI Phil -

Yes, but that's not the issue. Those same exact two files are in the Optional Downloads section, where it's clearly labeled as experimental.

However the two experimental files are also included in the main download, which seems odd if there's a separate download and warning label for them. That's why I included the shot of files contained in the main download. If users download with a manager, and the manager just turns them all on, they will have the experimental features on by default. This doesn't seem intentional.

The same experimental files are in both downloads.
Thje first screenshot I posted is the download of "Main File."

This is what's contained in "Optional Files"

    Same files.
It is reasonable to assume that if you DON'T download the optional experiemental features, you won't have them. However, if a mod manager downloads the main file as it stands now, you will. See what I'm saying?
