CTD's and no fly WSP

Anyone else having CTD's right after placing a plot, WSP randomly not engaging flying, long waits for plots to initialize when changing the building plan? Some plots never initialize and I have to exit out and re-enter plot options and it usually initializes. Clicking on other plots then canceling seems to make the issue worse.
Also getting lots of system "twang" noises. The twang noises are very low key and unobtrusive but I have a hunch they may be related. Not to be confused with "tick" noise you get when selecting an invalid path for an NPC.

I was having the same issues yesterday before I updated 3in1, WSP, and WSFW

It would appear that I have a plot malfunctioning, an industrial plot from Industrial City, a Rubber scrapping plot.
The Plot power pole/box is inaccessible, its invisible or not there.
The power line goes to a pole that is not there.
I cannot hit it with the hammer or the T Square as there is no power pole.
There is a floating time clock and all the parts of the building are there.
Deleting the building parts does not help.
I tried an all Plots refresh from the holotape.
Disabled/reinstalled the add on.

I am not sure what is going to happen with it when transfer settlements is used.

I've not seen most of things which you mentioned. Except that for a little while now, occasionally when entering workshop mode flight does not kick in. It feels a bit like I hadn't given the scripts enough space to finish, like when rushing in and out of workshop mode sometimes the markers remain visible. Both issues are usually (for me) fixable by slowly going out and back into workshop mode.

With the 'malfunctioning plot', when in workshop mode can you get a plot outline when pointing at it (ie the square base)? Also do the reports show the number of plots you expect, does the report think this plot is there? Is there a settler who thinks they are assigned to it? I've seen this in the past when a plot got accidentally removed but the plot contents remained (suspect scripts didn't kick in to remove connected items), ended fixing by deleting the contents and putting a new plot down.

Oh another thought, possible that the plot got moved somewhere, such as with place everywhere. When that happens the contents and wires remain in place.
Edit: Or maybe not, as the asam sensor would still be there.

Flying usually works after 2-5 tries. And this is not right after loading the game or just loading the cell.
I cannot get the plot outline.
When I ran the plot refresh it did count the broken plot.
There is a settler that is still working the plot.
I deleted all the in the plot items and the ASAM sensor showed up, I was then able to change the plot type and when I did the power pole and the plot outline showed up.
So... that crisis seems to have been averted.

So I have noticed if I try to enter workshop right after running the plot level up command it is more likely to not fly. So pretty sure you are correct on the script lag.
