converting ss1 city plan to 2 for private use

hello,
i switched from ss1 to 2 not long ago (since last week iirc) and i am loving it, however theres a specific city plan i used for Spectactle Island in SS1 called "The Guns of August" by altasilvapuer and is a fantastic city plan, however it hasnt been converted to ss2 and would like to know if i can convert it by myself for private use only, as theres no other city plans i know are similar to it. not even a blueprint.

There isn't an issue with permissions that I can think of if your doing it for your private use. If your planning on publishing it somewhere though, you would almost assuredly need permission. I can't say if there would be any issues with the conversion itself though.

i do not plan on releasing it anywhere, i managed to use the conversion tool, however it does not show up in the city plan desk and keeps going on about still requiring ss1.
